Refund Policy – Vizmins Courses
We want you to have the best learning experience with us. However, if you’re not satisfied with a course you’ve purchased, here’s how our refund policy works:
✅ Eligibility for Refund
Refund requests will be accepted only within 3 days of purchasing a full course (not applicable to individual topic-based or PYQ courses).
The course must not be completed more than 30% to be eligible for a refund.
❌ Non-Refundable Courses
PYQ-based (Previous Year Questions) courses are strictly non-refundable.
Courses purchased under special discounts, combo bundles, or limited-time offers are non-refundable.
📨 How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund:
Send an email to support@vizmins.com within 3 days of your purchase.
Use the same email ID that is registered on our website: https://vizmins.com.
Mention your order ID, course name, and reason for the refund clearly in the email.
💳 Refund Method
If your request is approved, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Refunds are provided only for genuine and valid reasons, such as accidental purchase, technical issues, or mismatch of expectations.
Repeated refund requests may result in account review or restriction from future purchases.
