Refund Policy – Vizmins Courses

We want you to have the best learning experience with us. However, if you’re not satisfied with a course you’ve purchased, here’s how our refund policy works:

Eligibility for Refund

  • Refund requests will be accepted only within 3 days of purchasing a full course (not applicable to individual topic-based or PYQ courses).

  • The course must not be completed more than 30% to be eligible for a refund.

Non-Refundable Courses

  • PYQ-based (Previous Year Questions) courses are strictly non-refundable.

  • Courses purchased under special discounts, combo bundles, or limited-time offers are non-refundable.

📨 How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund:

  1. Send an email to support@vizmins.com within 3 days of your purchase.

  2. Use the same email ID that is registered on our website: https://vizmins.com.

  3. Mention your order ID, course name, and reason for the refund clearly in the email.

💳 Refund Method

  • If your request is approved, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds are provided only for genuine and valid reasons, such as accidental purchase, technical issues, or mismatch of expectations.

  • Repeated refund requests may result in account review or restriction from future purchases.
