Vized App Policy Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
At Vized App, we have a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Protecting children and creating a safe digital environment is our highest priority.
1. Our Commitment
We are committed to:
Preventing the creation, distribution, and sharing of any content that sexually exploits or endangers children.
Cooperating with law enforcement authorities to report and remove such content immediately.
Educating our users and moderators to recognize and report CSAE-related material.
2. Prohibited Content
We strictly prohibit:
Any content (text, image, video, audio, or otherwise) that depicts, promotes, or attempts to solicit sexual acts involving minors (anyone under 18 years old).
Any user behavior that involves grooming, enticement, or exploitation of minors.
Any sharing of links or external content that violates these principles.
3. Detection and Reporting
We monitor and review content that is uploaded, shared, or reported on our platform.
If any form of CSAE content or activity is detected:
It is immediately removed.
The account involved is suspended or terminated.
The matter is reported to the relevant authorities, including law enforcement or child protection agencies, as required by law.
4. Reporting CSAE Content
- If you encounter any content or user behavior that appears to involve child sexual exploitation or abuse, please report it immediately to us at: support@vizmins.com
- You can also report it directly on the app using the ‘ Report post ‘option.
We also encourage users to report such material to local law enforcement or directly to cybercrime reporting portals, such as:
https://cybercrime.gov.in/ (Government of India)
5. Legal Compliance
This policy complies with:
The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012
The Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021
Global CSAE standards as outlined by Apple, Google, and relevant authorities.
6. Our Pledge
We are dedicated to maintaining a safe, educational, and respectful environment for all users, especially children.
Any violation of this policy will be handled with the utmost seriousness.
